Meet Kate

Born near Balranald NSW, Australia, Kate Mackereth grew up appreciating the calm of wide, open spaces.

Between peeling band-aids as a school receptionist and dodging the countless cartwheels of her daughters, she often retreats to places of beauty to daydream and rest.

Her writing dream is to share the faithful love of God, who has scooped her up and bottled her tears, calling her His again and again.

She likes jogging on the beach, loves the smell of Jasmine and can’t get enough of baby cackle.

These days Kate lives on the Hastings River, Port Macquarie, with her rebel husband, Rodg and their kids.
